Established in 1988, Special Art Limited started with a branch office in mainland China. And in 1991, our CEO, Mr. Wan Tai Lok, invested in a factory located in Chang'an, Dongguan, where we have access to convenient transportation facilities.

As a Hong Kong manufacturer, we serve major brands such as Hugo Boss, GAP, Disney, Sanrio, Marlboro and Camel. Our customers are located in the US, the EU, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan, helping us bring in an annual turnover of $2.5 million.
